SEM Operator/Metallurgical Technician 

Applicant must have hands-on experience performing scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy on a variety of materials, as well as experience with sample preparation, EDS analysis, X-ray mapping, and performing routine maintenance on the equipment, such as cleaning, replacing filaments, updating software, and troubleshooting.  Excellent verbal and written skills are required.  The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience doing metallurgical technician work on a variety of assignments, including metallography, hardness testing, sectioning, photography and macrophotography, dimensional measurements, and interfacing with clients.
